Booking agreement
The rental agreement becomes binding when the tenant has received booking confirmation. Website information, marketing material, travel documents and these terms form the agreement.

Payment
The first instalment is 20% of the total price, due 14 days after a binding agreement. The remaining 80% is due 42 days before the rental period. Bookings made 41 days or less before arrival are due in full immediately.
Changes
Bookings can be changed when there are at least 56 days until arrival and available alternatives exist. Changes must stay in the same year and destination and cannot reduce the rental amount.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing. Fees range from 20% to 90% of the total price depending on how close the cancellation is to the rental start date.
Tenant responsibility
The tenant must treat the accommodation, boats, motors and equipment responsibly, return everything in agreed condition, and cover damage caused by the tenant or participating guests.
Arrival and departure
Arrival is 14:00 and departure is 10:00 unless otherwise stated on the website or in travel documents. Late arrival should be arranged directly with the host.
Complaints
Complaints must be reported immediately, and no later than 48 hours after the start of the rental period or discovery of the issue. Written complaints must be sent within 30 days after the rental period.
Transport and insurance
Transport ordered through Sandsøy Fishing Adventure AS is handled under the transport provider's own terms. Tenants should arrange travel and cancellation insurance where needed.
